Like: Interview Process Is Really Weird And Not At All Good. They Shortlisted My Profile And While Initial HR Screening, Asked Whether I Am Okay For Relocation Which I Mentioned As Yes. Then HR Asked After First Round Of Interview, Second Round Will Be Face To Face And Will You Be Able To Attend? Which I Mentioned As No As I Live In Different State So Not Possible. Again They Were Asking But Are You Okay To Relocate? Like Were Most Companies Now A Days Take Virtual Interview Why Are You Guys Still Stuck In Old Days? Improve Your Interview Process And If Tou Don't Want Out Of Location Candidate Do Mention It In Job Description So We Will Not Apply.
Like: After Finishing My B.Tech, I Started A Job As A Full-stack Intern. But Things Got Tough Fast. The Pressure Was On From The Start, Mainly Because Of The Work Schedule We Had. They Told Us They'd Train 20 Of Us From My College For Three Months. Then, If We Did Well, We Could Become Full-time Employees. But That Didn't Happen. Most Of Us Got Let Go After Just One Month. It Wasn't Just About Not Meeting Their Expectations. It Felt Like They Pulled The Rug Out From Under Us. And It Wasn't Just Me. Even Some Of The Smartest People I Knew From College Got The Boot Too. So Why Promise Opportunities If They're Not Willing To Follow Through? It's Not Fair To Get Our Hopes Up Only To Let Us Down. They Should Either Commit To Helping Newbies Grow Or Not Hire Them In The First Place. It's About Keeping Your Word And Treating People Right.
Like: Looking Back At My Time As An Intern, One Moment Really Sticks Out And Hurts. I Tried My Best, Following What My Boss Said And Doing Everything Right. But When The Test Came At The End Of The First Month, I Did Great, Yet Still Got Let Go. It Felt Like A Punch In The Gut, Not Just For Me But For All Of Us. You See, 20 Of Us Were Picked From My College, And None Of Us Made It. Some Of Those Folks Were Really Sharp, You Know? But They Got Thrown Out Too. It Made Me Think, Why Give Us Hope If They're Not Going To Support Us? It's Not Fair To Promise Things And Then Take Them Away When We've Done Everything They Asked. For Me, And For Everyone Else Who Went Through This, It's Tough. It Shows That Sometimes, No Matter How Hard You Try, Things Just Don't Work Out. And That's Really Hard To Accept.
