I Made Multiple Calls To Get You're Service As I Was Interested In You're Service, The Customer Support Team Said They Will Arrange A Call Back From The Sales Team And I Have Been Told This Multiple Times Since Morning And I Didn't Receive A Single Call From The Sales Team, It Is Very Frustrating To See That There Is No Proper Customer Support And I Will Escalate This Issue And Will Definetely Raise A Complaint Against This In The Consumer Court For This Kind Of Behaviour From Youre Agents.

They Don't Have Basic Features Such As Progressive Dialer And Ask You To Buy From Another Company Named RYNG By Paying Extra Charges. Exotel Dashboard Is Nothing, But A Bunch Of Useless Features With Poor UI And No Option Of Auto-Dialing. The On-Boarding And Customer Support Does Not Have Any Information About The Working And You Are At God's Sake For The Proper Training. They Will Never Pick Calls After Initial Payment And Mails Take Ages To Resolve. They Don't Have Any Analytics Or Reports Options. Their Solution Is Merely For Small Businesses With 2-3 Agents. NEVER BUY EXOTEL SOLUTION FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Exotel Does Not Have Compatibility With Ryng And You Will End Up Facing Lot Of Problems. For Team, Our RM Is Vinitha And She Does Not Have Any Solution And Ask Us To Consume The Credits And Leave.
