Their Marketing Staff Is A Big Liar They Make Fake Promises. Their Refund Policy Is Very Bad. This Software Is Not At All Offline Desktop Compliant. Some Rubbish Web Based Interface Which Is Very Complicated And Worst. Can Get Better At Lesser Price In Market. Once They Take Money They Disappear

Have Been Trying To Communicate Them That Ur Software Is Not For My Industry And Which Even Their Own Sales Representative Agrees To But Still Not Ready To Refund Our Amount. On Top Of It They Have Guts To Come And Ask For More Money And Do Up-selling Here. Their Company Heads Doesn't Even Care For Customers And Their Grievances. This Software Might Be Good For Retail Business But Not For Hotel Industry Like Us. It's Not Solving The Purpose And Just Increasing Our Work Load. Not Able To Utilise It Properly. Not User Friendly.
Like: I Have Worked With This Company 2.5 Years And Leave This Company With Proper Formality Like Notice Period And Other Required Paper Work But They Have Hold My 45k FNF. I Am Tried To Contact To Company For This But They Are Giving A Silly Resign. They Given This Reward Of My 2.5 Years Of Services. I Recommend To Do Not Join This Company . They Dont Respect To Employees Honesty N Dedication.
