Like: Very Poor. I've Experienced Two Insurance Groups That Have Joined Hands (contracted) With Duck Creek, To Change Their Quoting And Policy Management Platforms, And Both Ended Up Being Horrible Experiences For Agents. From An Agent Perspective, Very Slow, Unintuitive, Clunky And Overall, Have Become Much More Difficult To Work With--to Quote And Manage Policies--than Any And All Insurance Entities That I've Worked With. All Fellow Agents I Know, Agree. The Most Recent Platform Transition--with The California Fair Plan Group-- Is A Perfect Example: This Conversion Has Crippled Systems, Processes, Labor, And Operations For All Involved.
