They Send Threatening Mails And WhatsApp Messages Even After You Vacate To Loot Additional Money Which Are Completely Based Their Own Terms. There Are Thousands Of People Who Faced Such Similar Issues. Food Never Came On Time. They Send Stale Foods. Reheat The Yesterday's Food And Send. This Is Completely Unacceptable. Despite Adhering To The Notice Period And Selecting A Move-out Date, I Was Blindsided By A Demand To Pay The Full Month's Rent, Even After Vacating The Property In The Morning Of May 1st. I Would Have Moved Out If I Was Intimated By The Colive Team/system Regarding This Clause. This Demand Is Not Only Unreasonable But Also Reflects Poorly On Colive's Ethical Business Practices. This Seems Like Plundering Money From Tenants Using Unreasonable Clauses In The Policy. Furthermore, Without Any Justification Or Transparency I Am Asked For Additional Charges Totaling ₹17,696, With Threats Of Legal Action And Potential Damage To My Credit Score, Employment Background Verification, And Visa Processing, And Payment Of Non-negotiable Payment Of INR 50,000. This Is Both Distressing And Unacceptable. Throughout My Stay, I Have Experienced Unprofessional Service From Colive. Impressed By Their Website, Booked Colive Colmar Online But Faced Multiple Issues Upon Arrival. The Property Manager Was Absent, And The Room Was Dirty, The Sink Was Broken, And The Bedsheet Was Used. After Multiple Follow Ups, I Shifted To New Property – Colive Ironwood, And That Was The Start Of A Series Of Harassment. The Property Manager Was Ill-mannered, Unprofessional, And Arrogant. Additionally, The Food Quality Was Poor, Often Causing Gastric Issues. The Water Source Was A Plastic Jar In The Parking Area, Full Of Moss. I Was Staying In A Private Room With Only A TV, Fan, Lights, And Geyser. Despite Mostly Being At Office, My Electricity Bills Ranged From ₹1100 To ₹1500. After Raising The Service Ticket I Was Informed That I Was Being Charged For Common Area Repairs And Maintenance. Annoyed By These Issues, I Decided To Transfer To A 1BHK Property. For Almost 2 Months, I Followed Up With The Sales Representative For An Internal Transfer, But He Was Just Misleading Me. Finally, Decided To Move Out And Raised The Request On April 1st, And Selected May 1st As Move Out Date. The Platform Didn’t Mention Any Extra Charges For Moving Out On May 1st And Displayed The Refund Amount To Be Approx. ₹12k. However, I Received A Settlement Mail Stating I Had Outstanding Rent Of ₹17,696 For May, Plus ₹1,095 For Electricity And ₹5,008 As A Separation Charge. My Rent Was ₹15,000, Why Am I Charging With ₹17,696 Is Unexplained. I Was At My Hometown From Mid-March Until April 19th And Got An Electricity Bill Of ₹1,095 For Only 10 Days Of Minimal Usage. This Complete Episode With Colive Was Mentally Exhausting For Me, A Nightmare For A Single Working Woman Like Me, Moving To A New City And Placing Trust In This Brand To Avoid Hassle. Not At All Recommended.

Once You Click It Will Not Get Credited Immediately After 1-2 Weeks You Realize That The Money Is Not Refund Then You Call Customer Service They Will Tell You To Create A Service Request. Once You Have Created A Service Request Then They Will Say That They Only Refund Through Check Now Think In This Today's Digital World They Are Working Like 90's They Will Send You A Check After 15days From This Date. 3rd Scam You Will Receive A Check Dated 2 Months Later. So They Have Kept Your Hard Earned Money For 3 Months Without Paying You Any Interest. Now Imagine If They Do This For All Their Exit Customers How They Make From Others Hard Earned Money Without Paying Any Interest.
