Like: Bad Experience While Interviewing. I Was Asked For A Zoom Round At 11am Which Was Cancelled. Then Suddenly At 11.15 The Hiring Manager Was Available And Asked Me To Come For Interview, Asked 2-3 Questions And Just Rejected Me. I Am Giving One Extra Star For The Hr Who Atleast Had Decency To Inform That I Got Rejected
Like: A Horrendous Interview Experience I Had With Them. My Concern Is Specifically With Their Management. As Per The Process, A Senior Director Has To Review The Candidature And Pursue Things Further. So My First Introductory Call Was Scheduled On 01-Sep-2021 And The Second Got Re-scheduled On 06-Sep-2021. He Didn't Join And The Same Got Re-scheduled 3rd Time For 07-Sep-2021. Again He Didn't Join. I Was Disheartened To Witness A Response From HRs Like - "some Last-minute Meeting Got Scheduled With Our Snr Director. So We Have To Again Re-schedule." As A Person, I Believe, Respect For Individuals Should Be The Highest Motto And I Do See The Same As One Of The Core Principles Of Chargebee. I Honestly Didn't Expect Chargebee Not Maintaining This Very Core Value At The Basic Level. To Me, All Individuals Should Be Respected At Their Own Levels. From A Human Value Perspective, I Felt Humiliated. Finally, The Interview Happened With A Junior Resource Who Doesn't Even Know What They Are Looking For. I Know For Sure That This Was Just To Keep Up The Promise. No Real Intention To Hire Me. After 45 Mins Of The Discussion, He Realised That The Position They Are Hiring Isn't Matching Mine. Hilarious Isn't It? Although I Escalated This Matter To Their Common HR DL And The Same Creates A Bad Patch In My Candidature - Resulting In The Rejection At The Very Basic Screening Round. Why Would They Hire Someone Who Has The Courage And Spine To Stand Up And Raise Questions Against The System? I Thought Indian Unicorns Are Good, But A Bad Patch Like This Changed My Thought Process. It's An Eye Opener For Me.
Like: I Attended The Interview Here, I Cleared 2 Round Which Was Technical And Had Good Techie Related Question. Last Round Was With Manager - He Tried Asking Me Some Puzzle Kind Of Testing Question - Like Count Leaf From Tree - Waste Of Time Answering Such Question And He Rejected Me. He Had Read Some Puzzle Somewhere And Expecting The Same Answer. One Full Day Wasted Because Of This Unethical Manager.
