I Am Writing This Review After Trying More Than A Month To Contact Customer Care Support. I Have Many Problems With The App And My Loan, But For That I Must Be Able To Contact Someone In Customer Care So I Can Tell My Problems. They Have The Audacity Shamelessly Make Me Wait For 45 Minits On Call And Still Not Connect Me To A Customer Care Agent. They Are Taking Advantage Of Indian Situation Where People Need Credit. But You CANNOT CONTACT THEM INCASE OF ANY MISDOING FROM THEIR SIDE. They Can Charge You Anything And You Cannot Call Them. You Can Go Nowhere To Complain. Putting Your Customers In Such Dispair Is Not Expected From Such A Big Indian Company, When Even The Smaller Ones Are Giving Top Class Customer Support. I Am Closing My Card With This Company After Completing My Current Loan. I Have Worked With Many Finance Institutions And Bajaj Finance Is The WORST. Shameless People Exploiting Indian Credit Needs. I Would Never Have Applied If I Had Seen These Other Reviews In First Place.
