Like: A Disappointing Company With Devastating Consequences For Employees. My Friend Had The Unfortunate Experience Of Working For Evolent Company, And I Must Say That It Was Deeply Disappointing And Disheartening Time In His Career. He Got Unethically Laid Off Twice From The Company, Once Being The Company's Decision To Lay Off Employees And Second Time The Department Got Shut. The Manner In Which The Lay Offs Were Carried Showcased Complete Lack Of Empathy And Disregard To My Friend's Well-being. The Company's Actions Displayed A Complete Impact On Livelihoods, Families, Career Profile And Overall Morale Of My Friend. I Would Highly Recommend Everyone To Think Before Being A Part Of The Company.

Like: Before Join This Orgination Please Think Twice I Was Working With Evolent Health From 05th April 2021 One Day On 27th January 2023 Suddenly The Management Taken The Call And Informed Arround 160+ Employees To Leave The Orgination On Same Day Without Any Prior Notice. No Any Job Security. Very Bad Experience With Evolent.
