Like: As Bank NBD Is Wonderful Bank In UAE, It’s Always A Great Great Experience To Have An Account With NBD Over 9+ Years But I Went To Al Fahidi Branch To Close My Account And Ms. Fatima Customer Service Lady Was Extremely Rude And Like She Don’t Want To Help For My Query, NBD Bank Should Take Care For Unprofessional And Rude Employee Like Her To Avoid More Incident Like This, I Hope Bank Will Take Some Action On This.
