Like: I Am A Paid User. I Purchased The 1 Year Chennai Dine Out Premium Plan. Very Poor Customer Service. They Deny Giving U Discounts. All Fake Promises. Sharing A Screenshot Of My Experience. The Service Charges Are Customers Choice, It Is Not Compulsary. But Dine Out Wants Its Customers To Pay Service Charge Compulsarily To Get Discounts. Whats The Purpose Then. If I Dont Want To Pay Or If I Am Not Satisfied With The Service Provided, Why On Earth Should I Pay Them Service Charges. Taxes And GST Are Understood To Be Paid Compulsarily. But The Courts And Authorities Have Made It Clear That Service Charge Is Customers Choice.
