Understood That For Beginners It Is Okay As The Company Offers Good Learning Experience, But You Have To Sign A Bond For 3 Years Which Is Actually Against The Labour Act. Their Exit Norms Are Three Months Notice Period, Very Complicated Process, Very Biased Rather And The Salaries Are Not All That Attractive For Beginners. It Is A Reputed Listed Company, But Employees Have Phenomenal Pressure, Abusive Project Managers, No Work Life Balance, You May Have To Work For Longer Hours, Exhaustive Travel, Etc That Makes The Cons, But The Pros Are Good Technical Learning For The First 2 To 3 Years. Later You Will Be Paid Well Once You Shift To Other Companies. Looks Like Not Suitable For Longer Career Path, Every Promotion Takes 4 Years Min. Sometimes They Do Not Provide Experience Letter Or Answer Verification Calls When You Get An Opportunity Especially With An MNC. Their HR Policies Give A Damn About Their Employees Future. But Few Have Managed To Get The Relieving Letter By Issuing Legal Notices, Especially Those Working In Core Technologies. It's A Tradeoff On Your Career And Personal Life When You Join This Company. Most Positive Reviews Are By Existing Senior Resources Who Need Manpower.
