Like: Worst Company To Work. They Don't Value Humans Nor Do They Care For Their Employees. Dar Makes Them Work Day And Night Without Sleep More Than 64 Hrs. They Have The Worst Senior Supervisor Who Just Likes To Torture Other Employees By Providing Less No. Of Resources On Big Scale Projects And Makes Them Suffer By Working Without Having Any Sleep For Months Without Any Over Time Being Paid. This Office Is Only For Robots Who Can Work Day And Night Without Uttering A Single Word Or Using Their Own Brains.
Like: Working At Dar Al-Handasah Was A Truly Eye-opening Experience For Me. The Senior Employees (especially Sukhada Wankhede & Rupali Zade) Are Extremely Unempathetic And Non Co-operative. Also The Head Of Interior Department, Mr. Muthukrishna Krishnappa (whose Employment Got Terminated In November 23) Was One Of The Most Impractical Person And Did Not Hesitate To Take Advantage Of Employees By Expecting Overtime Without Any Kind Of Compensation. There Is No Room For Creativity Or Innovation In This Workplace. There Is A Lot Of Office Politics That Goes On Within The Senior Employees. This Kind Of Work Environment Can Be Incredibly Draining And Demoralizing. It Can Lead To Burnout And Leave You Feeling Exhausted And Even Hopeless Which Can Be Detrimental To One's Career Growth. I Would Not Recommend Working There If You Value Your Mental Well-being And Career Growth.
Like: Pathetic Company I Have Ever Seen.....every Time In The Name Of Submission Their Team Has To Work Until Very Late Night Upto 2-3am And Next Day They Are Also Expected To Come To Office Early In The Morning....if You Have Such A Big Name Then Don't You Have Such Common Sense To Ask Realistic Deadlines From Customer And Work Accordingly...such A Shame On The Name Of Employer
