Like: Our Experience With The Post-sale Service And Onboarding Process Has Been Quite Disappointing. The Onboarding Was Basic, And Many Representatives Lacked A Thorough Understanding Of The Product And Its Scope, Leading To Inadequate Training For Our End Users. The Post-sale Support Is Also Lacking. Support Is Not Readily Available Via Call, Which Is Something You’d Expect From A Company Selling Customer Success Management Tools. The Process Of Reaching Support And Resolving Issues Is Long And Time-consuming, Often Making The Resolution Redundant By The Time It Is Achieved. Additionally, There Are Numerous Hidden Policies In The Fine Print That Make It Almost Impossible To Change Plans. These Policies Were Not Disclosed During The Sales Process, Adding To Our Frustration. Given That This Is A Listed Company, We Had Higher Expectations. The Overall Experience Has Been Frustrating And Disappointing.
Like: The Office Inside Ambiance Is Good But The Restroom And Cafeteria Are Not Good. I Went For An Interview, It Took Around Half A Day To Complete. They Don't Have Enough Panel Members To Take Interviews, We Waited More Than An Hour To Attend Each Round. So It's Better To Attend The Interview Virtually. If You Go To The Office To Attend The Interview, You're Gonna Waste 4hrs Or 5hrs., And Finally As Usual You Won't Be Selected
