Like: Don't Buy. Lot Of These Companies Like Toshiba, Carrier Etc Have Outsourced Their Servicing To One Particular Company. And They Are Ridiculously Bad. My Washing Machine Had Issues. The Mechanic Comes And Checks And Tells Me That A Couple Of Parts Need To Be Replaced. Then I Get A Call From The Service Center Saying That I Have To Replace Lot More. The Bill Presented Was Much Higher. I Said They Need To Speak To The Technician Again As I Was Informed That Only Two Parts Will Be Needed. Ever Since Then, It Has Been 20 Days I Have Been Following Up Like A Maniac And They Won't Respond. All My Calls Have Been Neglected. Their Managers Don't Take Calls. Best To Go For Companies With Better Service
