Like: They've A Pretty Good Bag Collection I Must Say And The Price Range Is Quite Satisfying For The Products They Offer. Small But Gorgeously Maintained Place. Simply Amazing.

Like: There Is Nothing Against This Brand. Its An Awesome And Fabulous Brand But The Rating Is Strictly Because Of The Rude And In-cooperative Behaviour Of The Owner Of That Baggit Store, Phoenix MarketCity- Kavita Makhija. My Friends Gifted Me A Bag From That Store Which They Bought A Day Before But As I Dint Like It That Much We Wanted To Get It Exchanged. We Had The Bill And Everything But As It Was A Gift, My Friends Had Cut Half The Price Tag . She Refused To Exchange And Was Rude Because The Tag Was Cut. After Many Requests She Said Us To Try Else Where And Refused To Exchange. I Don’t Understand How Can Someone Be So Rigid Rude And In-cooperative And Believe Me The Reasons For Not Exchanging Were So Lame That We Were Shocked To Listen It From An Owner Of Such A Big Franchise. Such Behaviours Are Actually Effecting The Brand Name. To Our Surprise Pantaloon -baggit People Who Had Nothing To Do With This, Their Manager Helped Us With The Problem And Asked Customer Care Ppl To Take Care Of Such Events. Everyone Including People Of Pantaloons Were Also Shocked After Listening To The Lame Reasons Of That Lady For Not Exchanging It And Later On When Customer Care Called Baggit Store Then They Allowed Us. It Was Such A Bad Experience. Wasted My 2hrs For A Simple Exchange. I Think A Little Cooperation And Less Rigidness Would Have Done The Work For Both Of Us.
