Like: 1. Work Culture Is So Pathetic. Relationship B/w Employees Working On Higher Level And The Ones On Lower Level Is Literally Master-slave. 2. People On Higher Level Are Very Unprofessional And Will Speak With You With So Much Disrespect. It's Like They Are Trying To Satisfy Their Ego By Lashing Out On You. Even If You Try To Calm Them Down They Will Disrespect You Even More. So, Don't Even Expect To Be Given A Bare Minimum Of Respect Of You Are Joining This Company. 3. Even If You Deliver Your Work Within Timelines Putting So Much Hard Work They Will Find A Reason To Show That It's All Useless And Will Not Appreciate You. Basically They Will Always Make You Feel That You Are Not Good Enough. 4. HR Is A Joke. They Will Present You The Company As A Dream Place To Work But Trust Me It's Not As They Do Not Have The Slightest Idea How To Run. They Do Not Have Qualified HR To Do The Effective Hiring. They Rather Usually Go With The Approach Of Hiring In Bulk And Firing In Bulk Afterwards. Basically Brainless Work. 5. No Rewards And Recognition For People Sitting On Lower Levels. Only Directors And Above Are Given Appreciation For Working Hard And How Effectively They Are Running The Project. Which Means Every Quarter The Same Bunch Of People Getting Awards. Like Others Do Nothing. 6. They Don't Even Have Projects And They Are Hiring Without Even Consulting The Clients On The Skill Requirements. Just Gathering The Bunch To Show The Clients And When Those Employees Get Rejected From The Client Side HR Starts Blaming The Candidate For Being "not Fully Skilled". All In All The Company Is Not At All Employee Friendly Because It Doesn't Even Check Mark The Basic Company Culture Norms.
Like: I'm Almost Certain Those Five Stars Are As Genuine As A Unicorn In A Tuxedo! These People Seem Like A Bunch Of Unprofessional, Clueless, And Arrogant Folks. They Conduct Fake Interviews To Snatch Ideas, Content, And Marketing Directions From Candidates, Only To Ghost Them Afterward. My Recommendation? Spend Your Time Watching Slap Fight Tournaments On YouTube; At Least There, You'll Witness Some People With Real Backbone!
Like: It's A Fraud Company Taking Fake Interview Rounds. And The Same Interviews Are Being Taken By Their Associate Director TA And TT To Top Level CPO Lady. Later They Don't Reply With A Valid Reason For Rejecting High Level Profiles. Multiple People Call The Same Person To Conduct Multiple First Rounds Of The Interview, But None Is Selecting The Candidate. All Are Fraudulent And Totally Unprofessional. During An Interview These People Wear Tshirts And Ask Questions To The Candidate. They Circulate Fake Openings. Pls Don't Apply To Waste Your Time And Energy They Don't Have The Capacity To Pay You Or Recruit You.
